I have only been a member of DeviantArt for a short while, but I have been extremely impressed at some of the work shown here.
For a relatively new artist such as myself, this site is a wonderful inspiration.
It is a bit embarrassing to put other's great art next to my own, but it serves as a constant reminder of the level that I am at currently... and the level I am working toward and will one day achieve.

I am excited to explore and learn from this site, as well as meet other artists.
